Terms of Use

1. Scope of the Service

optiMdepoT is a cloud platform that provides route optimization services for warehouse order-picking processes. Through the platform, you can access the Trial (no membership, limited trial quota) and Standard (membership required, larger warehouse sizes) services. The Integration service (membership required, completely unlimited) is currently under construction.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account. You must not share your password with third parties and must notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

3. Account Approval and Usage Limits

The Standard plan requires a membership. New accounts are subject to administrator approval; until approved, the daily calculation limit is lower, and after approval it is raised to the Standard plan limit. The daily usage limits of the Trial and Standard plans may change over time. In the Trial plan, which requires no membership, the daily limit is counted in your browser.

4. Acceptable Use

The following actions are prohibited while using the platform:

  • Sending automated requests that abuse or overload the system
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
  • Uploading code or content that may harm the platform infrastructure
  • Using the service for unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, designs and content on the platform belong to optiMdepoT. Users have the right to use the platform only within the framework of these terms; copying the source code or reverse engineering it is prohibited.

6. Protection of Personal Data

Your personal data is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), for the purposes, by the methods and for the periods described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. We recommend that you read that notice before using the Platform.

7. Service Interruptions

Temporary interruptions may occur in the service due to maintenance, updates or unforeseen technical problems. optiMdepoT does not guarantee uninterrupted service but takes the necessary measures to keep interruptions to a minimum.

8. Limitation of Liability

The optimization results produced by the platform depend on the accuracy of the data you enter. optiMdepoT cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from applying these results in your business.

9. Termination

Accounts that violate the terms of use may be suspended or closed without prior notice. Users may also request the closure of their accounts at any time.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Turkish law. In disputes arising from these terms, the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

These terms of use may be updated. The current terms are always published on this page, and your continued use of the platform means that you accept the current terms.
